Our Refund Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Data Scraper made through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Our guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with the Service. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans: if the Service is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase without providing a reason.
2. What is covered
The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a paid plan. Renewal charges, and purchases made more than 14 days ago, may still be refunded where required by law or at our discretion, for example, if the Service was faulty, not as described, or unavailable for a significant period.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email billing@codebrix.io from the email address used for the purchase, including the order or subscription ID and the purchase date, or use the refund option in the Paddle customer portal or your Paddle receipt.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to the paid features ends and the related license is revoked. You may continue to use any free features that remain available.
6. Subscriptions and cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current period. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date through Paddle or by contacting billing@codebrix.io.
7. Lifetime plans
Lifetime plans are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. After 14 days, they are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Chargebacks
If you are unhappy with a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your access while the matter is reviewed with Paddle.
9. Your statutory rights
This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
