We want you to be completely satisfied with Data Scraper. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the eligibility conditions described below. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date or the most recent renewal date.
- Your usage during the refund period has not exceeded 50 scrapes or 5,000 exported rows in total.
These thresholds exist to prevent misuse while ensuring that users who have genuinely tried the product and found it unsuitable can receive a full refund.
Subscription Plans (Monthly & Yearly)
If you purchased a monthly or yearly subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any subsequent renewal, provided your usage remains within the eligibility thresholds stated above. After the 14-day window or once usage exceeds the threshold, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, at which point you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the same usage thresholds. After the 14-day window or once usage exceeds the threshold, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to us through one of the following methods:

- Contact Paddle directly through the purchase confirmation email you received.
Please include your purchase email address and the reason for the refund so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after the 14-day refund window has passed.
- Usage during the refund period has exceeded 50 scrapes or 5,000 exported rows.
- Repeated refund requests across multiple billing cycles or accounts.
